Hector Rivas founded Nukleus in Sammamish, Washington. The company grew directly out of his work at Disruptive Sports, where he spent five years inside professional sports as an NFLPA certified agent. He saw firsthand how athletes moved through the most consequential financial moments of their lives with no centralized system to manage them. Contracts, endorsements, financial advisors, legal counsel, and brand relationships all existed in separate places, coordinated loosely and inefficiently. That gap became the foundation for Nukleus.

Nukleus is a sports technology platform that centralizes contracts, data, and operations for the entire athlete ecosystem — athletes, agents, agencies, player associations, marketing companies, and brands.

Nukleus is free for athletes. Every other participant in the ecosystem pays for access to the platform’s tools and data.
